Position Overview
The Quality supervisor manages a team of quality inspectors by overseeing their daily tasks, providing training, and ensuring consistent execution of quality processes. They are responsible for product and service quality, which includes leading their team to perform inspections, conduct tests, identify and help correct any flaws or inconsistencies to meet company and industry standards.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Plan, prioritize, schedule and assign work to the technicians in the Quality department.
+ Ensure efficient use of resources and work with the Quality Manager and Team Lead on resource planning based on activity levels.
+ Perform inspections, tests and certification reviews, as required. Enter nonconformance reports and follow up with the Quality, Test or Manufacturing Engineers as appropriate.
