Support and coordinate all Quality Control and Quality Engineering activities within a PCB manufacturing environment, ensuring processes meet customer requirements from prototyping through to mass production.Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) approval and release, ensuring appropriate tools, competencies, and controls are in place across the entire production flow.Prepare the organization for customer and third-party audits, perform internal audits, and ensure proper reporting and follow-up of improvement actions.Monitor and report Quality KPIs, promoting effective initiatives to reduce cost of poor quality, non-conformities, and process variability.Ensure timely and effective management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to internal and customer non-conformities, mai...
