Key Responsibilities
- Administrative coordination and office support
- Handling invoices, documentation, and client communication
- Maintaining quality records and company documentation
- Supporting ISO/IEC 17020 quality system implementation
- Coordinating inspection schedules and reports
- Assisting management in daily operational activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, accounting, Quality, or related field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in documentation and administrative work
- Familiarity with ISO systems is an advantage
- UAE experience preferred
