Job Description
Develop and maintain product quality and reliability processesLead reliability operations with R&D, Engineering, manufacturers, suppliers and third parties’ reliability tools providersManage the products’ risk analysis (D/PFMEA) along product life cycle with R&D, NPI and Engineering departmentsProvide reliability analysis (MTBF, Return Rate, Failure Rate and others)Develop and maintain the company's quality production and repair procedures, suppliers KPIsManage product reliability aspects along the Product Life CycleBe part of Product Life Cycle Management as gate keeper in major gatesManage analytical analysis for production and repair malfunction findingIdentify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements by using production and repair performance measurementsManage the reliability aspects in manufacturers’ QBRs, RMA centers and strategic sup...
