A leading automotive seating manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join its operations in the Toluca/Mexico City area.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring product and process quality standards across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
• Drive APQP/PPAP processes with customers and suppliers
• Manage internal and external audits
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D)
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR)
• Lead a multidisciplinary quality team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in automotive quality (Tier 1 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, FMEA, SPC, MSA
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
