The Quality Manager plays a key leadership role within the Quality Office and is responsible for managing the implementation and execution of Scrubbed’s Quality Management System across all service lines. The role’s primary objective is to embed a strong culture of quality, continuous improvement, and client service excellence. This role supports the Director of Quality in translating the firm’s quality strategy into operational practice, ensuring adherence to professional standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager oversees quality programs, coaches supervisors and team members, monitors key performance indicators, and partners closely with service line leadership.
