The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Roanoke, VA area.Title: Quality ManagerLocation: Roanoke, VASalary: $100,000 – $130,000Responsibilities

Lead and strengthen plant-wide quality systems to ensure product integrity and efficiency

Own inspections, testing methods, SOPs, specifications, GMPs, and food safety compliance

Drive continuous improvement across internal processes and supplier quality

Evaluate production and quality data to determine finished goods disposition

Serve as the primary customer contact for quality concerns and technical support

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complaints and nonconformances

Partner with Commercial, Product Development, Engineering, and Corporate QA on trials

Oversee supplier claims, HFI systems, and adherence to SMA standards

Communicate quality KPIs and train plant leadership on quality and GMP expectations
