The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting the Regional Director of Operations with the oversight of the organization’s compliance and quality program to ensure adherence to OMHSAS, Medicaid, and other related regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and maintain a data‑driven compliance program that ensures adherence to state licensing regulations, Medicaid requirements, Fraud, Waste and Abuse requirements, and other regulatory/payor source requirements.
