What you will do Lead and elevate the

Quality function

within the plant Ensure compliance with

IATF 16949

and customer requirements Act as a key interface with customers, managing

quality issues and escalations Identify risks and drive improvements across

product, processes, and equipment Strengthen core quality tools ( FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA ) Boost

process capability and operational excellence Lead change, bringing structure, clarity, and results
