Position: Quality Inspector I - Returns

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process.
• Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements.
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers.
• Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations.
• Interface with multiple warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution.
• Manage internal and external communications that come through the email, chat and phone.
• Document all return transactions accurately in the system.
