Position Overview
Understand internal and customer quality requirements to ensure that products are produced to internal and customer requirements.Lead customer audit, process audit, product audit, station audit as well as process observations.Conduct product contract review, Engineering Master, ECN review and work order review.Prepare FAIRs to ensure that products we ship fulfill customer requirements. Optimize/simplify inspection plan through POG and OAP program to ensure no nonconforming parts move to final inspection. Eliminate customer escapes and unnecessary inspection.Manage the non-conformance reporting and corrective action process to ensure that continuous improvement is carried out.
