Lead and drive the quality improvement in CM and handle the customer quality to satisfy customer.
What You Will Do
Handle the quality issue in CM effectively and timely to avoid delivery issue and customer impact. Review 8D report from supplier and make sure to be solved completely Work with Molex plants to assess the supplier quality performance and drive the corrective actions definition and follow up with low performance vendor. Lead and organize the QPA audit for the new and existing suppliers. Drive the continuous improvement in the quality process of supplier. Coverage of key sub-tier supplier Quality management by jointed activities with subcons Collaborate in supplier selection during Sourcing Process. Follow Molex standard supplier qualification procedures to qualify for both AVL and 2nd tier suppliers.
