Require Degree in Mechanical engineering
Require work experience in Quality department for manufacturing companies (e.g. handling customer compliants)
Prefer candidates with SME working experience in Quality department
Must be able to respond and draft emails in proper English
Working area: Prai, Penang
5 day work week, 8am-6pm
Job scope:
Design and ensure the smooth flow of inspection activities in the Incoming and Outgoing section
To liaise with customers on all quality issues and resolve issues on time
To clear all non-conforming parts on a timely basis
Prepare and update inspection plans based on Process Flow/Management Plan
