**Job Description**

**The Role:**

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Quality Engineer to join our team at a high-volume engine manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, reducing warranty, improving quality performance or part and process, and supporting plant quality systems and certification objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional teams to solve problems, drive containment and corrective actions, and strengthen overall quality performance. **This will be a 3rd shift position (10pm to 6am).**

**What You'll Do (Responsibilities):**

+ Support initiatives to maintain BIQ 4 certification for the plant
