We're partnering with a growing aerospace machine shop seeking a Quality Engineer who wants more than a traditional inspection role. This position offers a direct path toward Quality Leadership while maintaining hands-on involvement in quality operations, process control, and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from aerospace, defense, or another regulated manufacturing environment who wants greater ownership and visibility within a small, fast-paced organization.

What You'll Do:

✔ Own quality processes across active production jobs

✔ Manage schedules for First Article Inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections

✔ Support AS9100 and AS9102 compliance activities

✔ Review quality documentation and maintain audit readiness
