Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
In conjunction with more senior engineers, plans, develops and implements techniques and programs to ensure that quality levels are maintained in accordance with the organization’s quality standards.Collaborates to establish specifications, controls and quality metrics, including participation in reviewing and/or creating PFMEA and Control Plans. Monitor, identify, fill-gaps as well as develop various controls to improve process and product quality.Monitor various data sources to identify, contain and lead resolution to process and product quality issues. Administer Material Alerts to track identified field and zero-mile issues. Coordinate activities to implement countermeasures and track effectiveness. Coordinates product testing and teardown with quality testing technicians and develop resulting summary reports to management, customers and/or other stakeholders.Research, plan, develop a...
