Communicate effectively and efficiently with the dispatching depots controllers on the whereabouts of the vehicle should it not be at the delivery point 30 minutes before the booking slot. Upon arrival of the vehicle at the delivery point make sure that the amount of invoices match with the consignments loaded on the vehicle.
