Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Review subcontractor QC plans, ITPs, and documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project requirements
2. Document & Technical Review
Review method statements, drawings (IFC), WPS/PQR, and material submittals
Ensure proper control for welding, concrete, coating, and installation works
3. Inspection & Testing
Oversee inspections for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation works
Monitor NDT, testing (hydro, leak, etc.), and material inspections
Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated
4. NCR & Quality Control
Issue and manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions
Conduct root cause analysis and track quality trends
5. Documentation & Handover
Maintain QC records, RFIs, and inspection reports
Ensure complete handover documentation (MC / RFSU dossiers)
