The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of apartments, villas, and townhouses, identifying defects, documenting findings, and preparing professional inspection reports.
Responsibilities - Conduct snagging inspections for residential properties.
- Identify defects in finishes, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
- Capture and document defects using photos and inspection software.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally.
- Attend inspections across Dubai and surrounding areas.
