Responsibilities

Review project documentation, material submittals, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements related to civil, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure compliance with project requirements and provide feedback to the Works Agency QA/CQ Manager.

Civil inspection activities include conducting inspections at various stages of construction to verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards in accordance with approved ITPs.

Verify that construction activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.

Inspect and verify the quality of materials including soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials used in roads, drainage systems, and related infrastructure.

Monitor construction activities including but not limited to:

• Earthworks: cutting, filling, compaction, etc.
• Asphalt paving and concrete works...
