Core Responsibilities - Test Planning & Preparation
- Analyze project requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify testing scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage test data and environments.
- Test Execution
- Execute manual and automated test cases across different platforms (web, mobile, API, etc.).
- Validate functionality, usability, compatibility, security, and performance.
- Log defects and track them through resolution.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs clearly with reproducible steps.
- Work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Re-test fixed defects and perform regression testing.
