We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to join our quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product quality assurance activities across multiple suppliers and factories located in north, west & south of India.
In this role, you will manage, mentor, and train a dynamic team of junior engineers and inspectors coming from diverse regional backgrounds across India.
Ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, managing inspections, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and third-party inspection agencies to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily QA activities and inspection processes across supplier factories.
Coordinate with suppliers, factories, buyers, and third-party inspection agencies regarding quality requirements and inspection schedules.
