Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Test Strategy & Ownership: • Own testing for medium to large features or applications. • Define test approach, scope, and entry/exit criteria for assigned work. • Identify quality risks and escalate proactively.
2.Automation & Technical Contributions: • Design, build, and maintain automated UI and API tests. • Improve automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort. • Troubleshoot automation failures and environmental issues.
3.Mentorship & Team Enablement: • Guide and mentor junior QA engineers. • Review test cases and automation code for quality and effectiveness. • Promote best practices in testing and defect prevention.
4.CI/CD & Reporting: • Ensure automated tests are reliably executed in CI pipelines. • Provide clear quality status, metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders. <...
