Position Overview
Description
Strategic and functional · Visit assigned branches to verify compliance and assess operational processes · Identify and report incidents, irregularities, and violations of policies · Submit field visit reports and incident reports within timelines · Provide necessary inputs for incident categorization and root cause analysis · Assist in tracking recovery, resolution, and staff accountability in incidents · Act as a field-level interface between QA and branch teams for escalation and support Internal process · Follow all relevant SOPs and guidelines while executing QA checks · Ensure documentation and incident forms are completed accurately · Participate in special audits or investigations as directed · Maintain visit logs, checklists, and other required records in QA formats People Development · Participate in training sessions and refresher courses on QA processes and compliance norms · Adhere to professional conduct standards and organizational ...
