Position Overview
This role can be remotely based, frequent travel needed (including China, Southeast Asia, and India)
Your day to day
• Provide pre-opening quality support, including product evaluation and readiness assessment to ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements
• Conduct supplier quality assessments and factory audits to identify risks and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards
• Manage and resolve quality-related complaints in a timely, effective, and customer-focused manner, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine brand quality standards to ensure alignment with overall quality objectives, compliance requirements, and brand positioning
What we need from you
• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance / quality management in Multinational Corporation (MNC)
• Proficient in English
• Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and certifications for hospitality products
