Job Description
Track in-process quality-related issues and incidents in master issue list and periodically report on trends, insights, and closure status to BU management. Understand and classify issues into discipline such as quality, operational, design, etc. Host post-mortem discussion during each project closure to review issues and identify preventive action plan for each issue. Participate in stage design reviews to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on topics of design for quality, design for reliability and design for serviceability. Participate in stage buyoff process to qualify completed stages for shipment. Track non-conformance reports filed during buy-off process and define preventive action plan.
