Qualified and Experienced Early Years Educator /Forest School Assistant or Leader

Days: * Ideally 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday (we’ve been pioneering the 4-day working week since we opened)‍ but 3 days will also be considered
Hours: Applicants must be committed to working on a rota and be able to work at least one early start (7:30 am) and one later finish (5:45 pm) Approximately 4 days is equivalent to 34.5 hours a week.
Weeks: We are open 38 weeks a year, term time only. Holiday work is available (see below)
Start: September 2026
Hourly Rate: Between *£13.50 and £14.30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience (if you also hold a Forest School Leader qualification we will be introducing a Forest School enhancement from September)
Contract: Permanent
