Under the general supervision of the Program Manager for TCOOMMI, a Caseworker II performs assigned human service activities in the community mental health center and the community at large.


Experience and Training:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work, sociology, psychology, education, the humanities, or a behavioral science.

Must be able to maintain QMHP Credentialing for continued employment.

2 years case management experience REQUIRED.

Criminal justice, bilingual-Spanish preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

General knowledge of mental illness and emotional components, rehabilitation methods, basic principles of casework, and knowledge of general community welfare resources.

Ability to conduct interviews and report results of the interviews.
