We’re looking for an experienced WTG QHSE Manager to support a utility‑scale wind power project. You’ll lead all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental activities on‑site, ensuring full compliance and promoting a zero‑harm culture .

Key Responsibilities

• Implement QHSE plans (QMP, HSE, EMP)
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety walks
• Review ITPs, method statements, JSAs, and WIRs
• Manage NCRs, CAPAs, and incident investigations
• Oversee high‑risk PTW activities (lifting, height, electrical, confined space)
• Monitor environmental impacts and compliance
• Track and report QHSE KPIs
• Deliver inductions and engage with regulators

Requirements

• QHSE experience in wind, energy, or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and audits
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
