Position Overview
Accountabilities Proactive Maintain legal and regulatory compliance of business activities from a QHSE perspective. Ensure adequate QHSE risk management processes are in operation by undertake hazard identification/risk assessments and develop procedures and safe work method statements. Maintenance of registers for hazard identification, environmental aspects, legal and other compliance. To carry out planned QHSE audits of company and client sites. Manage ongoing compliance with the companies ISO certified and accredited Management Systems. Provide induction and on-going QHSE training. To routinely monitor TEAM facilities compliance with legal & regulatory obligations (i.e. asbestos, noise requirements, audiometric testing, vibration issues, environmental, etc). To monitor systems of work employed at each company site to ensure that the company does not put company people (or property) at risk of injury or damage.
