Position Overview
Job Description
- Respond to claims about products from HQ in Japan by email or meeting
- Make report about claims and analyze inferior of products
- Tell the engineer what caused the mistake and what to do about it
- QA Activity such as Initial management, changing process of QA, checking defective data, environmental load substances - Manage KPI of production and QA/QC activities
- Other duties assigned Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC tasks *Product should be a mechanical or electrical product - Conversational low level of English
- Experience in machine processing or machine assembly company
- Japanese skills for reading/writing
- Work experience in Japanese manufacturing company
