Primary Job Responsibilities: ●
Perform quality inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products according to quality procedures and instructions. ●
Verify that the inspected parts/materials, including packaging and labelling, meet specifications. ●
Prepare quality records after inspection completion. Ensure that the records are accurate and traceable. ●
Perform a variety of inspection methods and techniques such as visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and functional testing to determine the quality of products and component parts. ●
Able to identify recurring quality issues and support the implementation of improvement measures. ●
Maintain and clean QC equipment and instruments (i.e., microscope, gauges). ●
Complies with all Controlled Environment Room (CER) protocol, including personal hygiene, gowning, and safety procedures. ●
Participate in non-conformance materials and MRB activities related to QC inspection aspects.
