Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the section manager and HODShall ensure that all supervisor(s) and technician(s) complete their testing and allocated work in a timely mannerShall conduct all laboratory tests, measurement and analysis when necessary and perform checks to ensure method accuracy for the measurement and analysisShall ensure that GR&R is performed for the instruments and records are maintainedShall perform troubleshooting of instruments and facilities when there is any breakdown and ensure all maintenance and calibration is performed as scheduled and ensure reports are writtenShall perform validation and commissioning of new instruments and methods and maintain records of validation and commissioningShall assist in technical evaluations in accordance with direction given after discussionShall participate in customer complaints investigation (for analysis related complaints)
