Position Overview
Job Description
- Establish and implement QA/QC systems and procedures
- Ensure product quality assurance throughout manufacturing processes
- Conduct and manage inspections (including welding and coating processes)
- Review and manage technical quality documents (e.g., ITP, WPS, PQR, inspection reports)
- Maintain and control quality-related documentation
- Manage and evaluate external vendors from a quality perspective
- Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure quality compliance
- Develop quality control formats and standards for local operations
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing quality processes
- Perform other assigned duties related to quality management
