• Implement and maintain QA/QC protocols throughout all project phases from mobilization to handover
• Oversee inspections for irrigation systems, paving, planting schemes, soil preparation and landscape lighting installations
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure quality compliance with client expectations and Dubai Municipality standards
• Conduct material sampling and testing; manage internal and third‑party inspection reports
