Job: QA Lead

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)

Contract: 12 months

The MUST HAVES for this role are:

• Proven experience leading QA activities across Agile Scrum teams.
• Strong ownership of end-to-end quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience making release recommendations and balancing delivery timelines against quality risks.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
• Experience defining QA strategy, test planning, quality metrics, defect management, release readiness, and quality governance.
• Strong hands-on background in test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, API Automation, CI/CD etc.).
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) as part of day-to-day QA activiti...
