Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that preassembled components, work‑in‑process (WIP) products, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards.
• Monitor and secure the preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Observe and monitor the environmental conditions of the working area.
• Support process audits and the closure of audited items as needed.
• Inspect and test WIP products and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Use visual inspection tools such as microscopes to verify appearance. Perform various tests (visual, functional, mechanical) on selected items, measure physical attributes with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and conduct material or product sampling to identify defects or non‑conformities.
