Position Overview
Responsibilities - Define and implement quality and reliability standards aligned with product requirements, customer expectations, and operational needs.
- Establish material, in-process, and finished goods quality standards, including testing methods and compliance procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, documentation, and policies to ensure regulatory and operational adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and ensure smooth, defect-free production ramp-up.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and develop the QA team, including workforce planning, training, performance management, and capability building.
- Drive a strong quality culture by balancing customer and plant priorities, ensuring continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence.
