We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely entry of purchase orders and adhering to standard work procedures. We are currently undergoing an ERP implementation and have a backlog of purchase orders that require diligent attention.
Responsibilities
+ Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Follow standard work procedures and guidelines.
+ Utilize Excel and Outlook for data entry and communication.
+ Communicate effectively via phone and email.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert by resolving complex purchasing inquiries and escalations
+ Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to team members as needed
+ Assist with the implementation of new purchasing software, including user adoption and process integration
