Position Overview
- Position : Purchasing & Shipping Executive (Import / Export)
- Location : West – Gul Link (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities - Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
- Source and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and service providers.
- Coordinate local and overseas shipments via air, sea and courier.
- Prepare and check shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and permits.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
