JOB OVERVIEW
The
Purchasing Representative
will focus on driving revenue growth through new and existing vendors. This role involves researching targeted/strategic vendors, increasing the vendor base, and developing relationships with potential new vendors. The Purchasing Representative will also be responsible for managing and growing existing vendor revenue opportunities while ensuring a seamless supply chain process to meet the demands of our customers.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Vendor Development and Relationship Management Actively develop new vendors and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential vendors. Evaluate and qualify vendors based on reliability, quality of parts (ensuring they are not counterfeit), and competitive pricing. 2.
