Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of global AribaEDI project related to suppliers' onboarding process; In order to support **** strategic initiativeof operational excellence.
**Main Responsibilities**- Lead generation of suppliers waves draft lists- Coordinates the validation of suppliers' waves with category and regional EDI teams.
- Updates feedback and manages supplier wave list.
- Consolidates final supplier wave list and releases to Ariba team.
- Follow up sessions with Ariba team of enablement and onboarding- Escalates and coordinates with purchasing team suppliers with issues.
- Attends sessions with suppliers to answer questions and clarify project scope.
**Position Requirements**- Education required: college student- Career: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers (5th to 8th- semester).
