Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Source, select and manage vendor to attain the desired performance level in terms of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
  • Issue Purchase Orders and generate reports.
  • Maximize cost savings and ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with current and new suppliers.
  • Liaise with suppliers on orders and delivery schedules.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • GCE O Level / Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, or equivalent.
  • Preferably non-executive specialized in purchasing/inventory/material warehouse management or equivalent in interior construction (for local and overseas activities).
  • Good team player, with high initiative and good execution skills.
  • Excellent, written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
