Purchasing & Procurement Executive (Construction & Fit-Out)

Job Summary
Join our growing Project Management Office (PMO) and play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective procurement and supplier management. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate and procure materials, equipment and subcontractor services. Prepare and issue purchase orders. Monitor material deliveries and supplier performance. Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Teams on procurement requirements. Obtain quotations and perform price comparisons. Maintain procurement records and supplier databases. Monitor purchasing costs and delivery schedules. Support project teams in resolving supply chain issues.
