RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) : Assist and support the Contracts Manager in purchasing activities including sourcing, purchasing, procurement, matching invoice and DO for payment certification and/or variation order. To maintain the database and summary of purchasing including vendors, material price, market price fluctuation and movement, etc. To support and work with operation team to source and procure correct machinery/ equipment/ material and to manage the suppliers to ensure deliveries are on schedule and prompt payment to supplier. Other purchasing duties as assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) : Candidate should possess a Diploma in Purchasing and or Related Fields Surveying fields.
