Position Overview

Purchase Ledger Clerk
Leeds, LS1
up to £28,000
  • High volume invoice processing
  • Preparing and processing the payment runs
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Handling complex invoice/PL related queries
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Managing the PL inbox
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested

    Hours: 37.5 hours per week

    Person Specification:
  • At least 2 years working within a Purchase Ledger position
  • Ability to work well towards strict deadlines
  • Genuine passion for long term career within purchase ledger
  • Experience working with Sage (advantageous)
  • Experience with MS Office packages including Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This is a fully office-based position.
