Fortis Academy has an exciting opportunity for a Pupil Progress Lead to join the team leading the pastoral care and wellbeing of students within a designated year group. In this rewarding role, you'll champion student success by building positive relationships, identifying and addressing barriers to learning, and providing proactive support that enables every student to thrive both personally and academically. You'll also deliver impactful whole-school pastoral intervention sessions, using data to target support where it's needed most and helping to create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every student can achieve their full potential.
