**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in policy analysis and campaigns, working on technology issues or the policy environments.
+ 7 years of experience working within government, think tanks, public interest groups, technology industry groups, or corporate public policy organizations.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience in the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region, including industry trends and multi-jurisdictional policy making processes.
+ Experience as a trusted policy partner to technology business teams across Go-to-Market (GTM), product, legal, and risk.
