Job Description

• The PTW coordinator is responsible for day‑to‑day handling and coordination of permit to work on commissioning‑affected systems.
• Ensures proper coordination of all works to be carried out.
• Brings conflicting permits to the attention of the Completion Lead.
• Acts as the focal point for all permits issued on the Site by MP, including suspended permits where the work is not complete.
• Ensures compliance with the PTW originator and submission requirements.
• Provides a quality check of permits, supporting documents and certificates prior to issue, ensuring all necessary signatures have been obtained.
• Participates in monitoring, auditing and assurance activities.
• Participates in daily PTW coordination meetings.
• Is integrated into the commissioning team and utilized by commissioning engineers during commissioning.
