Position Summary

We're seeking a highly organized, hands-on Part-Time Kitchen Manager / Chef to support daily operations in our commercial kitchen. This role is essential in keeping our kitchen running smoothly across food prep, sanitation, events, and culinary content production.

You'll be part of everything from Academy classes and catering to recipe testing and filming-no two days are the same.

Schedule

• 25-30 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
• 10-12 Saturdays per year for Academy classes and special events
• Early mornings ( 5 AM) and late nights ( 10 PM) during event days
• Limited travel (6-8 overnight trips annually) to support events
